How it's made:
Creation
Here in the LMCC Test Kitchen where each cookie mix is hand crafted. Once created our mixes are properly named, based on flavor profile and personality. The cookie mix then goes though numerous rounds of taste testing and only those deemed loudest and most delicious make the cut.
Mixing
A combination of flour, our top secret three sugar blend, pure vanilla bean, creamy dark chocolate, cookies and cream crunch and other gourmet ingredients are combined to produce perfection. Whatever flavor you choose is mixed with care in small batches to ensure freshness.
Filling
Our filling machines then take that fresh cookie mix we just made and portion it out into our packaging. It’s the most simple step!
Sealing
The next step is the sealing machine. Once filled our bags are placed on a belt and slide into our heat sealer. We do this to lock all the ingredients inside. All our mixes have an easy peel notch at the top for you to open back up!
Packaging
Depending on how many mixes you order will decide what type of packaging you get. Either our recyclable padded mailer (we keep our mixes safe when traveling) or our signature LMCC box. All orders come with a free recipe card.
